One of the most beautiful features of the space is an exposed exterior wrought iron spiral staircase that joins up with a balcony, also enclosed by an ornate wrought iron railing. This is a unique and eye catching feature that also connects the upper floor with the ground floor in an innovative way. The estate also boasts many floor to ceiling windows, including some that adjoin at a corner for a truly immersive living experience.
