Euroline Steel Windows warranties its products against manufacturing defects for a period of (10) years for products factory finished at our facility. Euroline Steel Windows warranties its products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year for primed or unfinished Euroline products.
Euroline Steel Windows warrants our products from corrosion with Euroline factory applied industrial paint for five (5) years from the date of initial purchase for non-coastal projects.
Should the factory pre-finish be proven defective, we will at our option refinish the product or pay up to $200.00 to the current owner. Euroline Steel Windows factory paint finish is one of the best in the industry, loss of gloss retention due to sun light and the elements is not considered a defect and will occur over a period of time.
All glass shall be free from permanent obstructions in accordance with the ASTM standard. The insulated glass seal is warranted for two (2) years from the date of sale by either a Euroline sales representative, or it authorized dealer. If Euroline is given notice of a glass defect occurring within two (2) years from the date of sale either by a Euroline sales representative, or its authorized dealer. Euroline shall, at its option repair or ship replacement glass.
Incase of full replacement of product is required
Euroline Steel Windows will only be responsible for the replacement of the original product as per the approved CAD drawing. In no instance shall Euroline Steel Windows be responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Upon delivery of Euroline Steel Windows and Doors inspect all windows, and doors for defects, and for freight damage.
Do not install or finish a product without checking the above items closely.
All warranty claims after original shipment must be made within 30 days after covered condition has occurred. Customer must have complied in full with the terms, payments and other conditions of the contract.
This Warranty does not cover:
- Improperly installed products
- Damage caused by attempts to repair the product, or by any circumstance beyond the control of Euroline Steel
- Windows including but not limited to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, mishandling or acts of nature.
- Failure to perform normal homeowner’s maintenance and refinish.
- Modifications to any Euroline product from it’s original CAD design.
- Wear and tear with weather-stripping
- Corrosion due to improper maintenance and/or refinish
- Routine product maintenance
- Product sheen and paint discoloration
- Lockset hardware is not covered in the Euroline warranty. Contact the hardware manufacture directly for product
warranty and maintenance information.
Claims under this limited warranty must be made in writing within the period of this warranty and prior to the beginning of any repair work to Euroline Steel Windows 22600 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, Ca. 92887. Euroline Steel Windows reserves the right and must be given at least a sixty (60) days opportunity to have any product which is the subject of a warranty claim field inspected by an Euroline Steel Windows representative. Reasonable access to the products in question must be given.
We can respond quickly and efficiently if you prepare the following information: your name, the address of where the product is located, and best time to contact you. In addition, please provide a brief description of the apparent problem along with photographs per the request of the service manager.

Euroline Steel Windows liability is expressly limited to the replacement or correction of material and no other claim or demands shall be made or required by Euroline Steel Windows. In no instance shall Euroline Steel Windows be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
No distributor, dealer or representative of Euroline Steel Windows has the authority to change, modify or expand this warranty.
Notice to Customer
It is the responsibility of the homeowners in caring for and maintaining Euroline Steel products. You may be required to perform periodic maintenance in order to keep your Euroline product in good condition and appearance. Periodic maintenance is not part of your Euroline Steel Windows warranty. Environmental conditions in your area such as coastal applications, and overhang protection will dictate how much maintenance your products will require. Maintenance may include restoring exterior finish or paint and lubricating hinges.
In coastal applications and harsh environments, Euroline Steel Windows recommends quarterly inspections and maintenance. Salt and other corrosive or abrasive substances must not be allowed to build up on exterior surfaces. These inspections and product maintenance are NOT covered under the Euroline product warranty.
Failure to comply with the required periodic maintenance of the product will nullify this warranty.
